As a US Federal Parole Officer, Marline worked to incorporate the primary goals identified
in the development of the Evidence Based Practice (EBP) Blueprint, which is defined in the
Federal Probation, Journal of Correctional Philosophy and Practice, Volume 75 Number 2, and
Volume 77 Number 2. In her more than 20 years of service, she focused on customizing a
corresponding level of service for the client that is most fitting. reviewing the case
record documents which may include prior assessments, Bureau of Prisons records and all
other pertinent records. I conduct purposeful collateral interviews. I also interview the
individual client to determine, his/ her mental, physical, social economics status among
other criminogenic needs. This vast experience also includes developing and maintain
productive relationships with clients and organizations which shared a common desire to
empower individuals under supervision.
Her dedication and commitment to helping improve the lives of others under her supervision
is exemplified by her achievements utilizing concepts related to the Integrated Model
Principles: The Risk Principle, Need Principle, and Responsivity Principle. Within Jabali
United, Marline continues to use her experience and expertise along with her expanded level
of knowledge concerning policy and practice to reshape lives of those in need.
